As a user I want to re-arrange / re-order the sub-goals (sub-objectives) shown on the Org Goals view, rather than the current default "sequence of creation" arrangement, so that I can use the visual order to focus attention as I wish.
In other words, I want the same ability to "move / re-order" goals
within
an Objective that I have with Goals the top / Org level.
