As a user I want to convert an initiative to an Objective so that I can handle an increase in the role of an Initiative after it was originally created in an OKR planning session.
Commonly people will add initiatives to KRs because they feel "not big enough to be a higher-level objective". But sometimes, as OKR planning progresses, the previously-created initiative turns out to be higher impact than initially expected, and "grows" into an objective with its own KRs.
As of 2023-05-25, the user must create a new Objective (of the same or similar name), and then "Archive" the old Initiative. While this works, it also litters the Archive with Initiatives that now doubly-exist as Objectives.
It would be better if the user had an control to "covert" it to an Objective, and have The North do all the background work - even if it needs to replicate the info into a Goal and "delete" the Objective (with no remaining trace).
